Maybe you bought a lot in Lehigh Acres or Port Charlotte decades ago and never built. Maybe you inherited pasture in Okeechobee County, or pine flatwoods up in the Suwannee River country. Whatever brought you here, Florida vacant land sells differently than houses do, and many agents aren't set up for it. We connect Florida landowners directly with named land buyers — you tell us about the parcel, we make the introduction, and you pay nothing.

Florida sellers bring us platted subdivision lots, pasture and grove land, pine flatwoods, and wetland-heavy acreage.

Common questions — Florida land

I bought a Florida lot decades ago and have never visited it. Can I sell from out of state?

Yes — this is one of the most common situations in Florida, particularly for owners of platted lots in places like Lehigh Acres and Port Charlotte. Closings run through a title company and can be completed by mail or electronically.

There are unpaid taxes on the lot. Can I still sell it?

Usually, yes. Unpaid property taxes are typically settled out of the sale proceeds at closing. If the county has started a tax deed process, timing matters more, so it's worth starting the conversation sooner rather than later.

I think my lot is mostly wetlands. Is it worth anything?

Wetland lots are harder to build on, which affects value, but they are not automatically unsellable — some buyers purchase them for conservation, mitigation, or simply to hold. Honest expectations and an honest description go a long way.

I owe association dues on a platted lot. Does that block a sale?

Generally no. Outstanding dues and related liens are normally identified during title work and paid from the proceeds at closing, the same way back taxes are handled.

Are you a land buyer or investor?

We deliver exclusive, consent-documented Florida seller leads for a flat fee per lead — never a commission, never contingent on closing. Your company is named on the consent line the seller signs, so every lead is yours to call.
