Bring with you

• Driver's licenceFor the Slingshot (21+), the Electric Buggy, the Jeep and the gas scooters, the Ultra and the Red Rocket (18+). The electric scooter and the e-bike need no licence.
• A card for the depositThe deposit is a hold on your card at pickup, not a charge. It is released after you return.
• Closed shoes and sunglassesSandals slip off the pegs, and the sun and the wind are strong on the coast.
• Your insurance card, if you use itThe Slingshot, the Electric Buggy and the Jeep need protection. If your own policy covers rental vehicles in Puerto Rico, show the proof at pickup.

• Scooters: no highwaysRental scooters stay on local roads. In Google Maps, open Route options and turn on Avoid highways before you start.
• Wear your helmet the whole rideHelmets come with the scooters (two with the Ultra) and with the Slingshot.
• Keep a long gapPotholes are hard to see when you ride close behind a car.
• After rain, slow downWet roads are slippery, most of all the concrete patches. Keep off sand and gravel, above all in a turn.
• Fuel: 93 premiumThe gas scooters and the Slingshot take 93 premium. Bring it back at the level it left with.
• Tolls and ticketsTolls are included on the Jeep and the Slingshot. Traffic and parking tickets during your rental are yours.
• Slingshot: your start PINThe crew gives you a PIN at pickup. The Slingshot does not start without it.

• Lock the handlebarsOn a scooter, turn the bars fully left, then press and turn the key. Check that they do not move.
• Take the key with youNever leave it in the ignition. Check that the seat or the trunk is locked.
• At night, park it insideA gated lot or a parking garage overnight. The Jeep's roof panels go back on whenever you leave it.
• Stolen or damaged? Call right awayCall 939-393-4409, any hour. In an emergency, call 911 first.

• Back where you picked it upAt the time on your booking, unless the crew agreed something else with you.
• Want more time? Text before your time is upText 786-741-7782 to extend. A late return is charged at the normal rental rate.
• Same fuel level as you left withBelow that: $10 on a gas scooter, and $20 per quarter tank on the Slingshot and the Jeep.
• Your deposit comes backWe release it within 24 hours of the return; your bank shows it in 3 to 7 days. If something is damaged, we hold it until we assess the damage and tell you why.
