Liked the scooter or the Slingshot? Keep it after the tour and pay only the rental hours past the tour, at the regular hourly rate.
Any vehicle can be waiting at the counter across from Terminal 4. Give the crew about 30 minutes' notice, since most of the fleet waits at the Calle Loíza shop. Riding on your own after? Your ride guide has the road rules, the places we love and who to call.
Nothing is charged here. A person checks the guide and the vehicles, then texts or emails you to confirm, usually the same day. You pay at confirmation.
Tell us and we move you to another start time, or cancel at no cost. You never pay for a tour your ship kept you from.
Free until 24 hours before your start time. Inside 24 hours we refund if we can fill your spot.
Short showers are part of a San Juan day and most tours carry on. If the guide calls it off for weather, you get a full refund or a new time.
The driver needs a valid driver's license and signs the rental waiver at the counter. The full rider terms come with your confirmation.
Tours run in English or Spanish. Say which you prefer in your request.
