List on the top channels in minutes. Get paid on all of them.
Send us your Airbnb listing — we mirror it onto Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia and our own island guest network, keep every calendar in sync, and price every night from real booking data. You host. The system does the rest.
This isn't shelfware we resell — it's the stack we run our own Puerto Rico rental business on. The same engine that books, messages, prices and schedules cleanings for our own Culebra villas is what your listing plugs into.
One listing in. Every channel out.
List on top channels in minutes
We copy your Airbnb listing — photos, description, rates, rules — and publish it on Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia and niche channels. Plus one nobody else has: our own island guest network, where travelers already planning a Culebra trip see your place inside the app they're using to plan it.
Rates that get bookings
Weekday and weekend multipliers, seasonal windows, promo logic — set automatically from real booking data, the same engine we use to price our own fleet and villas every day. More revenue per night, without babysitting a rate calendar.
No double bookings, no lost income
Every channel writes to one calendar. A booking anywhere blocks the dates everywhere; block dates or manage bookings yourself in seconds.
- One calendar for all channels
- Two-way sync around your existing Airbnb
- Blocks, holds and changes propagate automatically
Kill your repetitive tasks
The busywork runs itself, the way it already does for our own units:
- Pre-arrival instructions and greetings sent automatically
- Cleanings scheduled after every check-out
- Guest questions answered 24/7 by the AI concierge
- Performance and payouts in one dashboard
Earn first. Pay later.
No subscription, no setup fee, no contract, no credit card to start. We get paid when you do: when a booking pays out, we deduct a simple per-booking fee and send the rest straight to your bank.
- Channel bookings also carry that channel's own commission (typically ~15%, set by the channel, passed through at cost — never marked up).
- Direct bookings through our island network skip the channel commission entirely — you keep the difference.
- One simple statement per booking. Fees come out before the payout: what you get is what you keep.
Skip the channel fees on every booking we bring you ourselves.
Most channel managers can only redistribute you across the same big platforms. We also own a channel: todoculebra.com and our island apps, where thousands of travelers plan Culebra and Vieques trips every season. When one of them books your place there, there's no Booking.com or Vrbo commission in the middle — just the 7.5%. Your calendar fills from both directions: the big channels for reach, the island network for margin.
Three steps to everywhere.
Frequently asked
What does it cost?
Nothing up front. When a booking pays out we deduct a 7.5% Isla Tech service fee. Channel bookings also carry that channel's own commission (typically around 15% — set by the channel, passed through at cost). Direct bookings through our island network skip the channel commission entirely. No subscriptions, no hidden charges, no contracts.
Do I keep my Airbnb listing?
Yes — your Airbnb listing, account and reviews stay 100% yours. We mirror the listing outward and keep every calendar in sync around it, so a booking anywhere blocks the dates everywhere.
How do payouts work?
Payouts go to your bank account automatically after check-in, with fees already deducted — one simple statement per booking, and what you get is what you keep.
Who answers my guests?
The AI concierge handles the around-the-clock questions — directions, check-in help, local recommendations — and escalates to a human when it should. It's the same concierge that runs guest chat for our own island business today. You stay in the loop and can jump into any conversation.
Is this software or a managed service?
Both. The software runs the channels, calendar, pricing and messaging. The people who built it — and run their own Puerto Rico rental business on it — run it with you. You talk to an operator, not a ticket queue.
Where do you operate?
Puerto Rico first — Culebra and Vieques are home turf, and the founding-host program starts there. If you host elsewhere in PR, apply anyway; the stack travels.
Your Airbnb link is the whole application.
We're onboarding a small founding cohort of Puerto Rico hosts — few enough that every listing gets set up by the operators personally. Send your listing; we'll reply with exactly what your place would look like on every channel, and what the numbers work out to.
Personal onboarding, direct line to the operators, and input on what gets built next. Leave whenever you like — your Airbnb never stops being yours.
